Returns & Exchange
DYNOSHI is a made-to-order brand — each t-shirt is printed after you place your order (your size, your design). Because of this, we do not offer returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or dislike of design.
Exchange is only possible if (1) you receive a defective or damaged item, or (2) we ship the wrong size or design.
To request an exchange, send an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to WhatsApp 0339 4411298 or email dynoshibrand@gmail.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. If the mistake is ours, we cover the return courier cost and send a replacement.
