\Is every shirt really made to order?
\Yes. We keep plain white and black 220 GSM blanks in stock — but your design is printed only after you place your order, on our in-house DTF and DTG printers. Nothing pre-printed, nothing stale.
\How long will my order take?
\1–2 working days from order to doorstep, anywhere in Pakistan. Printing takes a few days because each shirt is made fresh for you.
\How does Cash on Delivery work?
\Simple: you pay in cash when the courier hands you the parcel. No advance payment, no risk — you only pay after your order arrives.
\What are the shipping charges?
\Rs 149 flat on orders under Rs 3,000. Free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000.
\Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
\Not yet — we currently deliver within Pakistan only.
\What if my size doesn't fit? Can I return or exchange?
\Because each shirt is printed to order, we don't offer returns for change of mind. Exchange is available if we made a mistake — a printing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong size/design shipped. Just send us an unboxing video on WhatsApp (0339 4411298) within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Terms of Service page.
\How do I pick the right size?
\Check our Size Guide page — our tees are an oversized streetwear fit, so size down if you prefer a regular fit. Still unsure? WhatsApp us at 0339 4411298.
\Can I get my own custom anime design printed?
\Yes! Visit our Custom Design page and tell us what you want — we'll make it happen.
\What fabric do you use?
\Premium 220 GSM 100% cotton blanks in white and black, printed with high-definition DTF and DTG printing built to survive 50+ washes.
\How should I wash my tee?
\Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out, with like colours. Don't bleach, don't tumble dry on high, and iron inside out — never directly on the print. This keeps the design sharp wash after wash.
