Returns & Exchange Policy
DYNOSHI is a made-to-order brand. Every t-shirt is printed only after you place your order — your size, your design. Because of this, we do not offer returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or dislike of design.
When is exchange possible?
Exchange is only possible in these two cases:
- Defect or damage: you receive a shirt with a printing mistake, wrong colour, or transit damage.
- Wrong product shipped: we send you the wrong size or the wrong design.
How to request an exchange
- Send an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel to our WhatsApp 0339 4411298 or email dynoshibrand@gmail.com.
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
- If the mistake is ours, we bear the return courier cost and send a replacement.
- If the size issue is from your side, return courier charges of Rs. 250 apply.
No exchange is accepted without video proof.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — WhatsApp us at 0339 4411298 or email dynoshibrand@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 hours your order goes into printing and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
