1. SHIPPING POLICY
DYNOSHI® Shipping Policy - Lahore EST. 2024

All our products are Made-to-Order. This means we don't keep ready stock, we print your shirt after you order to ensure premium HD quality.

Making + Shipping Time:
* Making Time: 3-5 Working Days (DTF & DTG printing process) • Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days after making • Total Time: 1-2 Working Days all over Pakistan We currently deliver within Pakistan only. 
Delivery Charges:
* Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000 • Rs. 149 Delivery Charges for orders below Rs. 3,000 • We deliver all over Pakistan via trusted courier partners 
Important Note:
COD parcels can be checked before payment, but cannot be tried on at the time of delivery. Once the rider leaves, exchange will be as per our Exchange Policy.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
DYNOSHI® is a Made-to-Order Brand - No Returns, Only Exchange

Because each T-shirt is printed on your order (your size, your design), we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS for change of mind, wrong size selection by customer, or dislike of design.

\n

Exchange is ONLY Possible in 2 Cases:
1. Defect / Damage: If you receive a shirt with a printing mistake, wrong color, or transit damage. 2. Wrong Product Shipped: If we send you a wrong size or wrong anime design from our side. 
Exchange Process:
1. You MUST send an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to our WhatsApp / Email: dynoshibrand@gmail.com 2. Product must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. 3. If the mistake is ours, we will bear the return courier cost and send a new one. 4. If the size issue is from your side (you ordered L but M fits you), you will have to pay Rs. 250 return courier charges. 
No exchange will be accepted without a video proof.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After 12 hours, your order goes into printing (HD DTF process starts) and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

To cancel, WhatsApp us at 0339 4411298 or email dynoshibrand@gmail.com with your Order Number.

\n

For Prepaid orders, refund will be issued within 3-5 working days via same payment method.
4. PAYMENT POLICY
We offer 2 Payment Methods:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the courier when you receive your parcel. 2. Advance Payment: JazzCash / Easypaisa / Bank Transfer.  
Advance Payment Benefit: Get Extra 5% OFF on advance payment to avoid COD order cancellations.

All prices on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of taxes.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
At DYNOSHI®, your privacy is our priority.

What data we collect: Your Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address, Email (when you place an order).

How we use it: Only to process, make, and deliver your order and to give you updates about your order and new anime drops.

What we DON'T do: We NEVER sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.

Our website uses cookies to improve your shopping experience. We use Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to show you relevant anime drops.

1. Fan Art Inspired: All our anime designs are fan-art inspired streetwear. We are not officially licensed by any anime studio (Naruto, Demon Slayer, Solo Leveling etc.). We are not affiliated with them. DYNOSHI® is an independent streetwear brand from Lahore. 2. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any fraudulent or bulk order. 3. Intellectual Property: All photos, logos (DYNOSHI®), and website content are owned by DYNOSHI®. Do not copy. 4. Governing Law: These policies are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
